I really enjoy NASCAR. I love #88, Dale Earnhardt Jr.!!! I also enjoy hanging out with my son, Chase. We enjoy going to concerts, movies, and camping.

Best advice ever received:
Good things come to those who wait. This may be a cliché, but it keeps me grounded and keeps things simple.

Grew up:
In Iowa and moved to Texas as a teenager.

Favorite vacation spot:
Disney World. I enjoy going there with my family and friends.

Favorite item in my house:
My son, Chase is my favorite person (item) in my house. He is such a great son and is growing up so fast.

Favorite skin care tip:
Moisturize!! I can really tell a difference on my skin when I keep up the maintenance with my skincare line. It is really good to hydrate your skin, because it helps keep your skin healthy and rejuvenated.

Wellness tip:
Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I really began to do this after I had my son. I drink lots of water, eat a healthy diet, and try to exercise when I can.

To her future patients:
We take pride in our practice. We are all very devoted to the patients and ensure the best care with all that we do here. It is such a joy being able to work with such giving coworkers. They are my second family.

Grew up: Not yet….jk. I was born in Jersey City, NJ but was raised in Plano, TX.

Favorite Vacation Spot: When I was a kid, we would take family vacations at Port Aransas, TX and it was always a really fun time playing on the beach.

It’s a toss-up between my Jacuzzi Tub and my Bed; I like to relax when I’m at home.

Try to Relax, Breathe, and Be Optimistic. Stress and negative thinking can have serious adverse effects to your health.
